Most new SSDs and other hard drives are SATA (Serial ATA) the
replacement for IDE hard drives. I have laptops here with SATA and IDE
drive connections. Same for desktops. I would jump on a $25 120Gb SSD.
they are faster than a 7200 rpm hard drive and no moving parts. Way
better than any hard drive I have ever had.
