I agree Dean. not wanting to start anything political, but I think we 
need to take care of ourselves first.  Nothing good will come out of 
this big housing boom we are experiencing in my area. I know that by the 
time I can get my 80 acres ready for sale and move to my other farm, the 
prices will be at the lowest in history.  It always works that way.  By 
the time I was ready to scrap a lot of metal around here, the scrap 
steel prices went down to nothing.  Old cars are up to $200/ton here now...
