[AT] Haybine road speed

If the bearings are tapered roller then they are the same as your wheel 
bearings on a production car.  ( 1970)   The tires are limited to 25 to 
30 mph as per the manufacturer.  My old friend who delivered equipment 
all over the US for Livingston Has told me that when they get into New 
Mexico, they have to have regular tires on the wheels instead of Farm 
implement tires.  Implement tires are not rated for highway speeds.
