I remember a Hudson joke from the early 1950's... It "might" have been a
Bob Hope joke.
"How are the Hudson River and the Hudson automobile alike?
For both of them you step down to get in..."
For you kids, The Hudson was advertised as "The car you step down to get
in." since the floor was lower than the rocker panel area instead of flat
across. I guess Hudson was first?
