[AT] Allis Chalmers ED40 injector pipes

Thanks Tom - I doubt I'd ever have found them.

One of the sites I found previously stated clearly that the pipes were not
suited to engines with glow plugs. Since the pipes needed are rare, it may
be that these pipes are not suited either.

That said it will probably be worth contacting tractorshack since they may
be able to help.
