Yup. That's my experience with WalMart/Sam's Club batteries as well.
Drove my truck to work one morning, came out after work and nothing. I
could hear the lock making slight clicking noises. Fortunately it was a
standard so I just roll started it and went and got a new battery, NOT
from WalMart or Sam's.
