Harbor Freight stuff is good enough for the "shadetree mechanic" - when
you need a somewhat unusual tool to repair or maintain an old tractor,
you can go buy an inexpensive one from Harbor instead of running all
over town trying to rent or borrow a good one. I recognize their stuff
is not Snap-On, Ingersoll, or classic (pre-China) Milwaukee quality, but
for my needs it's usually good enough. I haven't managed to break the
1/2" drive torque wrench I bought from them 10+ years ago...

If I was running a regular shop and needed good tools for everyday use,
I'd be on the Snap-On guy's route...but it's only a 10 minute drive
across town to Harbor Freight.
