For only a hundred dollar deposit I would imagine a lot of people that 
got on the list will never actually get one or will sell there spot on 
the list in the future for more money or 185000 was released by the 
marketer just to fuel interest.  (not sure you fuel interest with 
electricity or fossil fuel)
