[AT] 1937 Farmall F-12 with hydraulically lifted low.

I would think the wheels under the tractor are more of a gauge wheel for 
the front bottoms, and the tail wheel is set for the rear depth.  Much 
like a trailed plow.  The tractor did not have any down pressure.
