[AT] [External] Caution: antique tractor usage

I'm on a first-name basis with the owner and one of the longtime counter
men at my local NAPA.  I'm not sure how the price breaks work, but
typically they give me a list price and then "my" price which is
significantly lower, usually 10-20% percent.  I can't say for sure that
isn't just some marketing ploy they tell everybody, but like Spencer, I
like to think relationships matter.
