[AT] 430V update

Sounds good to me. I heard Dennis Polk once say "There is a big hole at 
the factory  in the floor, where they make 40's , 420' and  30's. When 
they drive them off the line the battery door falls into it never to be 
seen again". That makes as much sense to me as anything else.
