[AT] Simplicity Sovereign with Kohler CH18 engine

When voltage is that high , the regulator is NOT regulating properly (
voltage is running wild ) which could be ( my first guess ) a bad ground
and next would be a bad regulator .As has been said many times before on
the list , CHECK THE GROUND . just my two cents worth .
