[AT] Welding Advice

As I age and develop more chronic health problems, I am now convinced that it is the insurance companies in charge.  The whole health industry marches to the reimbursement schedule of the insurance companies, regardless of whether it for medications, diagnostic and preventative procedures, or major operations.
