Spencer gives great advice:  seek out a formal welding class.

With that said, if you just want to kick back and watch some videos to get
your head square, I found that  Miller has a very comprehensive YouTube
channel.  It appears to be very well organized by subject matter.  Not a
replacement  for education by any means, but maybe if you're so inclined
it's a good way to immerse yourself in the subject to better focus yourself
when you do seek out formal education.
