[AT] Need help troubleshooting engine/compressor

Thanks, that is what I ended up doing..    I loosened up the spring on 
that Sullicon control some...  It was adjusted to the max.   Then I 
backed off the Pressure regulator screw.  Then I also lengthened the rod 
from the governor to the Sullicon.  The 6cyl carb I installed had the 
float hinged at the front end of the engine.  The intake manifold carb 
flange was angled to allow the carb to be horizontal when installed in a 
vehicle.  In the compressor it causes the front end to be low.  The new 
carb was flooding some due to this.    I set the float level down and 
also backed off the auto choke.  I also advanced the timing a lot.  It 
finally would start and run  enough to build up minimum pressure and cut 
back...    I ran the compressor at open discharge and it ran for a while 
then loaded up and died.   It would not start.  I checked and had no 
spark at the coil.   Installed the old coil and it ran. The new BWD $30 
coil lasted about 10 minutes...  I adjusted the compressor to run at 
90-100 psi when blowing through a 1/2 inch hose barb.  I have a claw 
foot hose barb end that connects to a 4 ft length of pipe with a valve 
that I blow off the equipment with.  I think it will improve with 
running, I still have to make an adapter to fit the air horn of the carb...

Now if I could just get the Leroi running.  I got a 60cc syringe and put 
60cc of SiliKroil in each cylinder.    It may not do much for the 
valves, but it will loosen any rings that are stuck...
