[Farmall] Farmall H Head Installation

There apparently are two different lengths to the head bolts. Perhaps 
the washers allowed longer bolts to be used where shorter bolts were 
intended.  Check Yesterday's tractor website to see what info they 
have.  Been a long time since I rebuilt my H so I don't remember specifics.
