[Farmall] What tractor is this ??

So it appears there were Russian copies of the Regular and 15-30 made. Were 
these done with the blessing of IHC or did they literally just reverse 
engineer these machines and start building. How much did politics play in 
this, considering 2 World Wars?

In the fotos donot pay atention to the 666 tractor, my question is the
tractor on the pedestal very similar to a F12 (Though) but has a mark on it
( ztz ).

Any body knew of a copy of IHC made in Russia in that time.
