Richard , I know how you feel . After hurricane Rita , the folks in Sulphur
,La. , got with the program and cleaned up and repaired without the help
from the FEDS , not like in New Orleans a month before where almost
everyone waited around for someone else to do the dirty work .I sure have a
lot of respect for folks like you .
