More info.
I have managed to get the main (top) fork moving stiffly, and the 4/6 fork moves. I can move the lever across the bottom of the U and up both sides, and I can get it to go into 6th gear. I still cannot get the 1/3/R and the 2/5 forks to move, but I wonder if the problem is that it's already in a gear. Even with the clutch parts all removed, I cannot get the thing actually in neutral. If the pulley turns, the gears in the tranny turn.
Ideas?
