[AT] Misc tractor recommendations?

I do my mowing with a 3 point, rear discharge Sitrex mower and a MF 35
or my trusty Simplicity zero turn mower. The Z turn is the way to go if
no banks to traverse and the Sitrex is perfect for the barn lot, etc.
All told I mow maybe a total of 3 acres now - maybe less than 1 as lawn
and the rest as barnyard, etc.

Not much snow to push here (one winter in the last 10) so a scrape blade
works well. If it were more I would quickly get tired of the twisting
to see to the rear.

I've been thinking seriously about a more modern tractor with a front
end loader. My old JD has finally become a hunk of rust and I can't see
a loader on that MF. It is amazing what can be done with a good FEL (or
even an ancient one like I had).
