[Farmall] Farmall C123 block cracks

If it isn't broken up too badly, it is just the water jacket that is damaged
and it won't hurt structural strength. Any patch that keeps the coolant
from leaking will probably be all that is needed. Some of the more severe
cases result in an internal crack that goes up to the top deck of the block.
Cracks like that may cause an engine integrity problem.

I think this tractor is ok, just JBweld the water jacket cracks. It is on a
Farmall 100. The concern is if there is enough strength front to back to
avaoid re-cracking. Any thoughts?
