[AT] OT, Reverse Camera

I have had a camera on the rear of a flatbed truck (came installed on
the truck) for several years. The display in the cab is a color LCD.
There is another camera mounted on the right mirror that looks at the
blind spot on the right side. Rear camera is on and displayed all
the time when driving. It switches to the mirror camera when the
right turn signal is on.

Has not been that useful to me. In the day time, I can't see the
display well unough to use it (bright day). When cloudy or late in
the day or night, it is viewable but the depth of field is stretched
out enough that it is dangerous. At night, the headlights bloom the
display and that coupled with the depth of field issue about makes it
useless to me.
