[Farmall] New old stock IH parts

The 19xp index of parts numbers and the microfiche do the same thing,
but there are supercedences, additions, and deletions from book to book,
or microfiche set to microfiche set. There is no one master index, and
that is the problem with identifying parts to their application (model).
