You want GOOD sausage, you have to send a hog to Tucker Packing in Orrville and have the whole thing made into sausage. I have never had any better sausage anywhere. I always get sausage, eggs, and home fries when I go out for breakfast but none compares to what Tucker's makes for me. I will be making an appointment to have another one done later this week since I only have about 5 lbs left in the freezer and my brother is out too.

find a store locally that
carries the frozen raw version. They all carry the fully cooked ones
that just don't taste correct.
