[Farmall] 1949 H Running Rough

We have been running the 10% ethanol in this are for many years, with no
adverse effects other than it being hard on the older rubber fuel
lines. First I would try adjusting the carb, and then a new set of
plugs and maybe wires before tearing into the carb.
