I pulled the dry sleeves on my H using part of an old disk that just
happened to be the correct size to catch the lower lip of the sleeve.
The pistons were not stuck as this was a running tractor. I moved the
crank out of the way and used a jack to apply pressure from the bottom.

Did not have to remove the crank or split the tractor.

Putting them back in involved dry ice on the sleeves and a wooden block
and mallet to drive them back in place. If I remember correctly we used
dry ice to shrink the sleeves to get them out also.

Main bearings were good and were not replaced. Just had worn sleeves and
stuck rings.
