Hi Farmer,  I'm not accusing anyone except maybe the very structure of the 
Internet.  However I've been on a broadband connection for years now.  I was 
on cable internet through Cox and Suddenlink.  Recently I changed to DSL 
through my regional phone company Embarq.
The problem still exists.   I never thought to check via web mail and see if 
it makes it's way to the server.  I'll try that.
