[AT] fix pin hole sin oil pan

What about cleaning the bottom of the pan and silver soldering or brazing 
fromt he outside.  it's not a pressurized sump...

Short self tapping sheet metal screw and an oring  ( or piece of car 
innertube ) will work in a hard pinch too.. been there.. done that.. held 
for years..
