[AT] PTO pump on ebay

On the spark plug type pump there is a a cylinder that the compressed air in 
the gas engine pushes out. That cylinder is connected to the clear air making 
cylinder with a small rod. Actually the two cylinders are made from one piece 
of metal and the rod has been turned down. Looks like a dog bone. The clean 
air gets into the tire hose side of the pump by way of the slots in the body.

Hope this makes it clearer, probably not.
