[AT] PTO pump on ebay

NOW you tell me!  John Grant just solved the mystery for me.  It's 
the "upside down" leather on the piston that lets the input air by 
and into the cylinder for compression.   Much like a simple bicycle 
pump I guess.    I might stop by sometime to look at your pumps---and 
that power assist mechanism I'm still thinking about!     John W.
