Charlie,
I never had the pleasure of meeting Cecil in person but I really enjoyed 
his presence on this list.  He obviously was a man worthy of much 
respect and I miss him deeply.  Just the other day I wished I would see 
another early morning email from Cecil about whatever he wanted to write. 
Rest in peace friend.
Charlie thanks for sharing the photo.
Don't you just love the sound of those D series engines.
