> as to your problem with the 'easy out' they are harder than most drill bits, the only sucess I've had with one that small was to take a dremmil tool with a small diamond burr and grind the piece of 'easy out' away then drill the hole out to tap size and rethread it. It makes for a long tedious process. I've taken larger ones out by blowing them out with a torch, but that can also be risky. Hope that helps.
