The problem is that you're arguing with yourself!!!  Do you still think wind
chill can cause freezing at temperatures above freezing?

Here's what you said...

Wind chill makes the temperature feel lower to living beings but it doesn't
work on rusty iron.  That's the whole argument and your point was mistaken.
