[AT] Impulse bidding on eBay Now Grader wrench

Wayne,
I've gotten emails along the same line. When I do
I then check to see if the same message is in my EBay
message folder. If not then I know it is a scam that
the seller doesn't know about. I report it to both the
seller and EBay.
If it is in my message folder I interrogate the
seller and if my questions are answered satisfactorily
then I will very warily pursue it. However generally
if I don't win it, especially a non-reserved item, the
first time around I'll just let it go. No sense in
taking a chance at getting burned. So far all my EBay
dealings have been good and left no permanent marks.
