[AT] Fuel stabilizer

Back in the 80's oil shortage we got some diesel  from some where that it had 
been stored for an unknown amount of time. It ran Ok  in most of the machines 
but the cats had a very fine metal strainer before going  into the injector 
pump and this stuff would clog them up a minute. Just awful  looking black 
slime. That's been the only time that I have ever had any trouble  with it so I'm 
assuming its not a big problem.
