Indiana  at  one time   had  laws  that  held  in check the   doubles and 
triples  of semi trailers---  FEDERAL gov told  Indiana  they couldnt  stop that  
 they were the only ones that could...    so   we have  legal    double and 
triple  semi trailers...  and   so--- this  let the door open for   NON--semi  
trailer to be doubled... (the state was able to  hold in check  triples ON  
non INTERSTATE hyways...)    

and   thats  why  you cant pull 3  wagons  LOL
