Dick,
 Do yourself a favor and check some local body shops to see if they will do
a quick buff out for you. A buffer is VERY unforgiving and will burn paint
in a instant and remove paint from edges faster than sandpaper. A local guy
might only charge you $25-$50 to do it and you won't have to sweat bullets.
