I looked the site over pretty good and all I saw  was a big green box that 
looked impressive but no where did I actually see a  hose hooked up to the this 
box that was connected to a torch. I saw a torch and  one hose coming from the 
box but you can't see what else is or if anything is  actually hooked up to 
the big green box. That torch has two hoses what is the  other one hooked to. 
I believe this might be just as you said one big scam.
