Microsoft Street and Trips will allow you to do that. You can also buy
it with a GPS unit that will plug into the computer and allow you to
pinpoint locations. It works pretty well BUT make sure that you manually
correct addresses as needed, some of the ones it comes up with are off
by a bit without the GPS. It will allow the maps to be printed out as
well.

There are also some mapping programs that will show you just specific
areas in high detail and have 911 tracing and other items in them but
those are also VERY expensive. They are the ones used in 911 dispatch
centers for individual counties. I have a copy but only for the area our
FD covers. Great program with satellite imagery and GPS plots for all
addresses already in it, as homes are built they issue updates with the
new info. Talk to the local FD or police and find out who is in charge
of the local dispatch center and find out what they have. You may get
lucky and they may give you a copy depending on the organization.
