last summer  I bought  an american made handle  for   mine...   then noticed 
the head was made so you couldn't replace the  old handle (the american  made 
stuff --made to toss)
 
I could have got a brand new   CHINEESE one for less than the new  handle.. 
but I bought the new american  made  whole  shabang.....   Union brand...
 
now I have pieces as well.
