[Steam-engine] Oilers for Crosshead slides

I use gear oil for the oilers on my Peerless.  It is thicker and will not 
run off as fast as hot 30 weight oil will.  Originally cylinder oil was 
reccomended, but that was when it was cheap and plentiful to get.
