Kind of nutty here in Eastern PA also.  I had a chance at a lot 1.5 acres on 
what was my great grandmotherfarm's farm.  The price 2 years ago was 
$45,000.  Now its starting at $80,000.  Heck a guy at work brother in law is 
a contractor in NJ.  He bought a house with some land near the beach for 
$350,000.  Now he's tearing it down to put up a new one and sell it at 
$900,000.

I'm still looking for some land 20 acres or so thats reasonable.  But now 
I'm looking at Virginia and North Carolina.  However, even there spots are 
nutty.  Even gave some thought to Kentucky, Tennesse, or New Mexico.
