I would suggest that you turn the WC to face into the wind after adding gas. The wind blowing over the fan ought to start it! you won't need to mess around with a silly crank. It works for my 2 unstyled WCs. I am surpassed the Rog failed to suggest that approach. Will in MN five unstyled WCs and counting.
