[AT] cub / prime oil pump

On rebuilds I have always packed the oil pump with Lubriplate 105 Motor
assembly lube which dissolves into the engine oil after the engine warms up.
Having the pump full gives it "seals" the gears giving them extra suction to
pull oil into the pickup tube.
