[AT] Spray lube recommendation

I have a few that I use. The most common is WD-40...some love it some hate it 
but I've had good luck with it. Another one I use is Zep 45. It's not as easy 
to get but, I like the Teflon in it. The last one I use routinely is Zep 2000 
which is a spray grease. Both the Zep products seem to last longer when 
applied. All of them have their place depending on the application.
