[AJD] Final Drive Drain Plug

Will be interested to see how the big boys do this.

I took a square headed short bolt and trimmed it down to size to just fit
the drain plug. Then screwed on a hex nut and welded it in place so I have
my own custom drain plug taker outer. Indeed, I have a couple of these now,
different sizes.

I had tried a longer square headed bolt with a pipe wrench to turn it but it
kept riding off to one side and slipping out.
