Nick:

The mating gears are marked so that you can see where the correct index
points are. At the moment I don't recall what the specific marks are but
they may be a V or a dot stamped in the edge of the gear near the bottom of
the teeth groove and on the edge of one of the teeth.

Is there an easy way to determine if it is the cam that is off? Or if the
govener gear has skipped a tooth?
