[AJD] Losing my mind getting the "B" in time-dean-spencer-anybody

There are timing marks, but you have to remove the main cover, which is not
a 5 minute job.  The governor has a large cover on the left side on the
earlier ones, but I seem to remember it is not there on later ones (or
maybe that is the 50s model tractor, dang, I can't remember).  This allows
pretty decent viewing access to check general condition.  The end play in
those pinion gears is adjusted by different gaskets in the governor housing
so be careful with the gaskets on disassembly.
