[AT] OT: intersting discussion about idiling a cold car

There is such a law in Sioux City, Iowa, and I think it applies to
vehicles idling unattended on private property as well as public. Not
sure about the State of Iowa, however. It was mentioned on the local
news just a few days ago. Someone was issued a citation. I have my own
not very high opinion of the officer that issued the citation.
