I have never seen anything like this, so what I am going on is a wild 
guess. If that block is a pressurized outlet that bypasses the normal 
460 valves, then I suggest that he make up or find a short hydraulic 
hose with swivel fittings that match those on the block (probably 1/2" 
NPT) and make a loop to allow the fluid to pass through unimpeded.
